Items must be in a saleable condition and at returned at your own expense. We ask that you use a registered or recorded postal service. You cannot cancel an order once the items have been opened or used; your statutory rights will be unaffected. All refunds will be made to the credit card used to purchase the goods.
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. If you require a different size please put a note in your return. Please note we do not pay your return postage. The item must be in is original packaging. Please include the original packing slip in your parcel – so that we know who to refund. When posting your item we recommend that you obtain a Certificate of Posting. We recommend that you use a Recorded Delivery service. Once we receive the item back we will refund/exchange the item within 7 working days.
Please check your goods on delivery. We take good care to ensure that your order reaches you in good condition but should any items be damaged, please contact us at email@example.com or telephone 01531 553 000 within 7 days and return them to us using a recorded delivery service. We will replace the goods or a refund will be made to the credit card used to purchase the goods.
